Application Steps
Basic Mixing Procedure
- Confirm that the selected SEMCO sealer is compatible with Natural Sheen Reducer.
- Add the required amount of Natural Sheen Reducer to the appropriate sealer component.
- For Satin Stone, mix the additive into Part A before combining the remaining components.
- Blend thoroughly using a clean mixing paddle or stir stick until the mixture is completely uniform.
- Apply the mixed sealer according to the current SEMCO product instructions.
Mixing Tip: Stir continuously around the sides and bottom of the container to ensure the sheen reducer is evenly dispersed throughout the sealer.
Important: Confirm the correct package dosage for the 1-gallon or 5-gallon sealer size before mixing. Always follow the current SEMCO technical data, application, ventilation, curing, and safety instructions for the selected sealer system.
