The LMF60 model is a new generation attic ladder that provides access to unused space in the attic and at the same time functions as a fire protection for 60 minutes (1 hour rating in accordance with NFPA 288 and ASTM E119-14)

Get easy access to your attic with this Fakro LMF fire-rated ladder. The LMF attic ladder is fire-rated at 60-minutes in accordance with ASTM E119 Standard Test Methods for Fire Tests of Building Construction Materials. It also functions as a blaze block in case of fire. The hatch is manufactured with fireproof materials and equipped with a gasket that expands under extreme heat.
