Water-Based 100% Solids Polyaspartic Sealer
— fast-setting, low-odor, UV-stable protection with a premium satin finish.
decco Ultra Seal MAX is a two-component, 100% solids,
water-based aliphatic polyaspartic sealer engineered for high-performance
protection of decorative surfaces. Its fast-setting, low-VOC and low-odor
formulation combines the performance of traditional polyaspartic technology
with a safer, more environmentally responsible water-based system.
Ultra Seal MAX provides a refined satin appearance while enhancing the depth
and intensity of the underlying pigments.

visible surface damage.

2-Component System
Part A
Base Component
Primary resin component of the Ultra Seal MAX two-component
polyaspartic system.
Part B
Activator Component
Activator component mixed with Part A immediately before application.
Mix Ratio: Combine Part A and Part B at a
1:1 ratio. Pot life after mixing is approximately
20 minutes, so only prepare the amount that can be
installed within the available working time.

Application System

| 1 | Make sure the underlying decorative surface has been properly prepared and is clean, dry and ready to receive the sealing system. |
| 2 | Apply 1 coat of decco Eco Seal Matte and allow the surface to properly seal before applying Ultra Seal MAX. |
| 3 | Combine Ultra Seal MAX Part A + Part B at a 1:1 ratio. Mix only the quantity that can be applied during the approximately 20-minute working time. |
| 4 | Apply Ultra Seal MAX uniformly using a microfiber or short-nap roller (3/8"–1/4"). |
| 5 | For larger areas, a flexible rubber squeegee combined with a roller may be used to increase application speed and help achieve uniform coverage. |
| 6 | One coat of Ultra Seal MAX is specified as sufficient to achieve the waterproofing performance described by decco. |
| 7 | A second coat may be applied when maximum waterproofing protection is desired. |
| 8 | Allow approximately 1 hour dry-to-touch, 4 hours before light foot traffic, and approximately 24 hours for full cure. |

Important Installation Notes

Installer Tip: Ultra Seal MAX has a short working time.
Organize the installation area, tools and crew before mixing Part A and
Part B. Work continuously and maintain a wet edge to help achieve a
uniform professional finish.
