decco MicroTop MAX is a ready-to-use, two-component polyurethane microcement paste designed as a continuous, thin decorative coating for floors and walls, both indoors and outdoors. Its excellent workability, waterproofness, and extreme hardness make it the highest-performance microcement in the decco lineup. Available in three grain sizes: Coarse, Medium, and Fine.

Smooth, refined architectural finish. Perfect for walls, countertops, and premium floors.

Application Process

Prepare substrate — solid, clean, dry, free of dust, grease, or paint. Repair all cracks and fissures. |

Apply appropriate primer (Primer or Primer GRIP depending on substrate). Allow to dry fully. |

Add Part B and corresponding pigment into Part A. Mix with low-speed mechanical stirrer (300–500 rpm) for 3 minutes. Rest 2 minutes, then mix again. |
| 4 |
Apply 1st coat of MicroTop MAX BASE (Coarse or Medium). Work thin and even with a steel trowel. |
| 5 |
After 4–6 hours, apply 2nd coat. Sand with 120–180 grit, remove dust, and clean thoroughly. |

Apply 1st coat of MicroTop MAX MEDIUM or FINE depending on desired finish. |
| 7 |
After 4–6 hours, apply 2nd coat. Sand with 200–240 grit between coats. |
| 8 |
Optional: apply 3rd coat for a perfectly levelled surface. |
| 9 |
Pre-seal with 1 coat of decco Eco Seal. Let dry 1 hour. |

Apply 2–3 coats of decco Ultra Seal or Ultra Seal MAX, 4–6 hrs between coats. |
| 11 |
Wait 24 hours for standard foot traffic. Wait 7 days for high-transit traffic or wet cleaning. |

MicroTop MAX uses a 45-minute pot life — once Part A and B are mixed, work efficiently. Only mix what you can apply in one session. For best results, apply in thin coats and always sand between layers.
Not suitable for pools or permanent water immersion. Always seal with decco Ultra Seal or Ultra Seal MAX for waterproofing. Wear a mask, rubber gloves, and safety glasses during mixing and application.
