Product Overview
Color Built into Your Finish
SEMCO X-Bond Color Activator adds integral color to the X-Bond microcement system. The pigment is blended into X-Bond Liquid before combining with X-Bond Stone, introducing color during mixing. Select the shade and activator configuration to complement your project.
Choose Your Configuration
Activator for 1 Gallon
Select the “for 1 GAL” option for the corresponding X-Bond Liquid batch. Confirm the required pigment dosage before mixing.
Activator for 5 Gallons
Select the “for 5 GAL” option for the corresponding X-Bond Liquid batch. Match the activator configuration to your material order.
Ordering Note: These selections identify the batch size the activator is intended for. X-Bond Liquid, X-Bond Stone, and other system components are ordered separately.
Color Selection
Modern Grey & Blanco
Choose from the listed Modern Grey and Blanco options. Contact DF Studio to confirm availability for your required quantity.
Custom Color Requests
Select “Custom color” and contact DF Studio with your preferred SEMCO shade to confirm the color, availability, and lead time before ordering.
Preview Your Finish: Color charts and screen images are guides. Application technique, substrate conditions, and the finishing sealer can affect appearance. Approve a sample with your selected finish and sealer before full installation.
Mixing & Use
- Confirm your color, activator dosage, and X-Bond finish specification.
- Thoroughly blend the specified Color Activator into X-Bond Liquid, incorporating all pigment.
- Combine the colored liquid with X-Bond Stone using the ratios and mixing procedure for your selected finish.
- Complete preparation, application, and sealing according to SEMCO’s installation instructions.
