Kebony Pro Plug® System
A clean, concealed fastening system designed for Kebony decking, cladding,
stairs, perimeter boards, and architectural wood applications.
Genuine Kebony face-grain plugs conceal the stainless-steel fasteners to
create a refined finished surface with minimal visible hardware.

Concealed Fastening
Screws are installed beneath the wood surface and covered with matching
Kebony plugs for a clean, seamless architectural appearance.
Matching Face-Grain Plugs
Plugs are manufactured from actual Kebony face grain to closely match
the color and texture of the surrounding wood surface.
Fast, Accurate Installation
The coordinated drilling tool, screws, adhesive, and wood plugs provide
an efficient installation method requiring approximately 20 seconds
per fastener.

Inc. specifically for accurate and consistent plug installation.

Designed for concealed fastening with both Kebony Clear and Kebony

Pro Plug® Drill Bit for Wood
Dedicated pre-drilling tool used to prepare the installation hole for

Adhesive Requirement
Adhesive is applied inside the prepared hole before the matching Kebony
plug is installed. Adhesive is sold separately.

Four-Step Installation
01
Pre-Drill
Pre-drill the installation location using the appropriate Pro Plug®
wood tool.
02
Drive the Screw
Drive the stainless-steel screw into the prepared hole without
overtightening it.
03
Apply Adhesive
Apply adhesive to the hole, push down, and twist the nozzle
approximately 90 degrees.
04
Install the Plug
Tap the matching Kebony plug into the hole using a smooth-faced
rubber hammer.
Adhesive is sold separately. Use all Pro Plug® system components together
and follow the complete manufacturer instructions to ensure proper fit,
fastening performance, and appearance.
