Blueskin® Butyl Flash is specifically designed to be
self-adhered to a properly prepared substrate. It consists of a
synthetic butyl compound laminated to a white engineered polypropylene film,
creating a durable window and door flashing solution.
This high-performance flashing membrane forms a reliable barrier against
air infiltration, moisture vapor, and water intrusion, helping protect
