Rapid Shrinkage-Compensated Screed for Concrete & Terrazzo Systems
VELOSIT SC 244 is a shrinkage-compensated, ready-to-use screed formulation with very rapid strength development. Designed for fast-track concrete, terrazzo, and flooring installations, it binds mixing water quickly to allow short waiting times before installing floor coverings.

VELOSIT SC 244 is engineered for applications requiring fast turnaround, high strength, and reduced shrinkage. The material can be applied manually with a rake or installed using suitable pumping equipment, making it suitable for both smaller project areas and larger commercial installations.
