Flat Roof Metal Hatch

The Flat Roof Metal Hatch is an insulated access point designed for flat roofs. It can be paired with the LML wide-step metal attic ladder or any FAKRO attic ladder for convenient access. The piston-assisted hatch opens to a 80-degree angle, and the anti-slip covers on the frame ensure safe footing. The entire structure is mounted on the roof surface and fully insulated.

  Prevents accidental closure with an optional ZBR lock.

• 🪜 Recommended with LML Ladder
  Best used in combination with the LML attic ladder of the same size.
