Refunds

Returns are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your order. Only certain products are eligible for return — please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether your item qualifies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returned items.
