What this kit is best for

  • ½ bag of X-Bond Stone
  • 1 gallon of X-Bond Liquid (or 4 quarts of different pre-colored X-Bond Liquid—call to select)
  • 1 gallon X-Bond Color Activator (select your color)
  • Small container of Micro Bond Stone
  • Small container of Liquid Membrane
  • Small containers of Satin Stone sealer (2-part, satin finish)

Satin Stone Sealer is a heavy-duty, industrial-rated 2-part sealer designed for abrasion and high foot traffic, finished in a clean satin sheen.

Where X-Bond Microcement is commonly used

X-Bond microcement is used for modern, seamless looks across many substrates—commonly on floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, decks, and over prepared tile or concrete surfaces.

Color selection

Choose your X-Bond Color Activator from the available options (examples include: Baked Clay, Bay Grey, Black Pearl, Blanco, Dried Herb, Espresso Bean, Grey Marble, Modern Grey, Mojave, Montego Stone, Phantom, Polar Bear, Rawhide, Rockslide, Sandy Beach, Taupe Grey).

Basic application flow (high level)

  1. Prep: clean, sound substrate; remove dust/loose material.
  2. Prime: apply X-Bond Liquid.
  3. Build coats: apply scratch + skim coats to achieve the texture/smoothness you want.
  4. Finish: seal with Satin Stone for a durable, serviceable surface.
