PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
LOBA UV-Protect is a specialized additive designed for all LOBA water-based finishes. It helps prevent yellowing in light-colored wood floors caused by sunlight exposure, preserving the original natural look of the wood over time.

Application Guidelines
- Sand and prepare floors according to NWFA standards

Always perform a test area to confirm compatibility and appearance
- Shake well before use
- Do NOT dilute or add water
- Apply only at temperatures above 55°F (13°C)
- Ensure proper ventilation during application and drying
- Apply evenly – avoid streaks, puddles, and lap marks
Mixing Instructions
- Add UV-Protect just before application
- Mix thoroughly by shaking or stirring
For 2K Systems (2K Duo, 2K Supra A.T.):
→ Add UV-Protect AFTER adding hardener
Working Time:
- 1K systems → use within 24 hours
- 2K systems → follow standard pot life
Drying Time
- Does NOT affect drying time of the finish
- Final curing depends on jobsite conditions

General Guidelines
- Clean tools with water
- Ideal conditions: 68°F (20°C), 50% humidity
- Avoid:
- High humidity
- Low temperatures
- Heavy coats
- Do not cover floors or clean with moisture until fully cured
Safety
- Keep away from children
- Use protective gloves
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke during application
First Aid:
- Swallowed → seek medical help immediately
- Eyes → rinse with water
- Breathing issues → move to fresh air
