The "edge transitional" design allows this wheel to grind right up to walls, thresholds, and edges that standard cup wheels can't reach — no missed strips along baseboards or transitions. Diamond ceramic bond delivers aggressive material removal with extended wheel life compared to standard resin bond wheels.

Use the 5" wheel for grinding right up to walls and thresholds — the edge transitional profile allows flush contact. Follow up with a honeycomb pad (100–200 grit) to smooth the surface before applying any coating or overlay.
Always use dust extraction when grinding concrete. Use with a HEPA-rated vacuum to control silica dust — required for OSHA silica compliance on grinding operations. Wear appropriate PPE including respirator, eye protection, and hearing protection.
