Key Features & Benefits
Snap-In Groove Technology
PEX tubing snaps securely into the specially machined grooves and
stays in place without silicone or additional holding materials.
No Tube Pop-Ups
Engineered groove geometry helps prevent tubing pop-ups and avoids
deflecting the PEX tubing into an oblong shape.
Combo Board Versatility
A single 2 ft. × 4 ft. combo board accommodates straight runs,
180° turns, and 90° turns for flexible radiant heating layouts.
Aluminum Heat Transfer
Laminated aluminum helps distribute radiant heat efficiently
throughout the flooring system.
Integrated Radpaper
The Radpaper layer replaces separate rosin paper while helping
reduce noise between the RadBoard and hardwood planks.
Visible Pipe Layout
PEX tubing remains visible during hardwood installation, helping
installers avoid accidental damage from flooring fasteners.
Installation Advantages
Minimizes Expansion Noise
Helps reduce noise created as PEX tubing expands and contracts
during normal temperature changes.
No Rosin Paper Needed
Integrated Radpaper eliminates the need to purchase and install a
separate layer of traditional rosin paper.
Locally Manufactured
Manufactured locally to support regional production and dependable
product availability.
Hardwood Floor Friendly
Designed specifically for radiant heating applications beneath
hardwood flooring systems.
Installation Advantage:
The combination of snap-in PEX grooves, aluminum heat-transfer layers,
and integrated Radpaper helps simplify radiant floor installation while
maintaining visible tubing placement beneath hardwood flooring.
