Semco Prestain Color, also known as Concrete Color Stain, is a water-based, penetrating color system designed for exterior, interior, and below-grade cementitious surfaces, including masonry and X-Bond Microcement. This environmentally responsible system effectively permeates the pores of the concrete, resulting in a long-lasting, translucent finish that allows for the natural variation and movement of the surface to be visible. It also helps solidify deteriorating surfaces. Unlike its competitors, SEMCO's Prestain Color is proven to withstand various climates, conditions, and levels of traffic.
