SEMCO Power Cleaner
A highly concentrated commercial-strength cleaner, degreaser, and wax remover formulated for demanding commercial and industrial surface preparation.
SEMCO Power Cleaner uses a specialized blend of water-softening agents and nonionic surfactants to penetrate, suspend, emulsify, and dissolve grease, oil, wax, tire marks, tar, gum, and other difficult surface contaminants from concrete and many other compatible substrates.

Prep B Procedure
Step 1 — Prepare the space
Remove all loose debris and gather Power Cleaner, Stone Soap, clean water, a pump sprayer, nylon brush, or scrubbing machine.
Step 2 — Prepare the cleaning solutions
Mix 1 part Stone Soap with 4 parts water.
Mix 1 part Power Cleaner with 4 parts water.
Step 3 — Washing process
Lightly dampen the surface with water to reduce deep cleaner penetration into the substrate.
Apply the diluted Power Cleaner lightly with a pump sprayer and allow it to sit for 2–3 minutes.
Scrub the surface using a scrub machine or nylon brush.
Rinse thoroughly and ensure no residue remains.
Repeat the complete procedure using the Stone Soap mixture to remove remaining chemical residue.
Step 4 — Additional information
Allow the surface to dry completely before applying sealers. Do not use muriatic acid for surface preparation because remaining residue may create adhesion problems.
Prep C Procedure
Step 1 — Prepare the space
Remove debris and gather Power Cleaner, Nu-Lift Cleaner, clean water, a pump sprayer, nylon brush, and scrubbing equipment.
Step 2 — Prepare the cleaning solutions
Power Cleaner Solution 1: Mix 1 part Power Cleaner with 4 parts water.
Power Cleaner Solution 2: Mix 1 part Power Cleaner with 9 parts water.
Nu-Lift Solution: Mix 1 part Nu-Lift Cleaner with 1 part water.
Step 3 — Washing process
Lightly dampen the surface with water.
Apply Power Cleaner Solution 1 lightly with a pump sprayer and allow it to sit for 2–3 minutes.
Scrub using a scrub machine or nylon brush.
Rinse thoroughly and remove all residue.
Apply the diluted Nu-Lift Cleaner and repeat the scrubbing and rinsing process.
Apply Power Cleaner Solution 2 and repeat the cleaning procedure one final time.
Step 4 — Additional information
Let the surface dry completely before applying sealers. Do not substitute muriatic acid, as remaining acid residue may interfere with proper adhesion.

Lightly dampen porous substrates before applying Power Cleaner and allow the diluted solution to dwell for approximately 2–3 minutes before scrubbing.
Always test on a small area first. Wear proper gloves and eye protection, provide ventilation, rinse completely between cleaning stages, and never mix Power Cleaner with other chemicals unless specifically directed by SEMCO.
