Key Features
Honeycomb open-cell pattern
Open cell structure prevents dust buildup — pad stays clear and cuts cleanly longer than solid sanding discs.
5" and 7" sizes
5" for detail work, edges, and tight areas. 7" for faster coverage on open floor and wall areas.
Full grit range
50 through 800 grit covers the full workflow — from initial material removal all the way through to final polishing.
Concrete & decorative surfaces
Designed for concrete, microcement, stone, marble, and decorative overlay surfaces — wet or dry use.
Applications
Microcement between coats
Concrete grinding & smoothing
Venetian plaster burnishing
Decorative overlay finishing
For microcement: use 100–200 grit between coats and 400–800 for the final pass before sealing. Always vacuum thoroughly after sanding before applying the next coat. Use 50 grit only for leveling or removing existing coatings — it removes material quickly.
