VELOSIT RM 211 is designed for repairing and resurfacing damaged concrete structures while providing an ideal substrate for crystalline waterproofing systems. Its low-shrinkage formulation, excellent adhesion, and smooth finishing characteristics make it suitable for structural and architectural concrete restoration projects.
