Mixing & Processing
VELOSIT SC 241 requires 13–15% potable water, approximately 0.7–0.8 gallons (2.6–3.0 liters) per 44 lb. bag.
For larger batches, place the required mixing water into a freefall mixer, add the material, and mix for approximately 2 minutes. Adjust consistency carefully without exceeding the maximum water ratio.
Small quantities can be hand-mixed using a slow-speed drill (300–600 rpm) until a lump-free consistency is achieved. Do not overwater the product.
