RadKingPanels Legacy RadBoard systems are manufactured with specially machined grooves that allow tubing to snap securely into place without silicone or fasteners. The composite board design improves installation speed, protects tubing visibility during hardwood installation, and helps minimize noise caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
| Board Thickness | 3/4” designed for 1/2” PEX tubing |
| Combo Boards | 3/4” × 24” × 48” |
| Blank Boards | 3/4” × 24” × 48” |
| Tubing Layout | 8” on-center PEX panel tubing |
| Layer Construction | Aluminum layer + Radpaper laminated system |
Grooves are specially machined so tubing snaps securely into place and stays without silicone or adhesives.
Unlike straight channel systems that deform tubing into an oblong shape, RadBoard grooves securely retain the tubing profile.
Piping remains visible during hardwood installation to help prevent accidental flooring fastener damage.
Radpaper laminated layers help minimize expansion and contraction noise from both tubing and hardwood flooring.
The integrated Radpaper layer replaces traditional rosin paper installation requirements.
Produced locally to support regional manufacturing and supply efficiency.
Single combo boards allow straight tubing runs along with 90° and 180° turns.
Aluminum laminated layers help improve radiant heating performance and heat distribution.
Specifically engineered for hardwood floor installations over radiant heating systems.
Integrated panel design reduces additional layers and simplifies the installation process.
RadBoard composite PEX panels combine efficient radiant heating performance with easier installation, tubing protection, noise reduction, and hardwood flooring compatibility for modern floor heating systems.
