It effectively reduces moisture vapor permeance through concrete substrates to levels that are safe for installing hardwood, carpet, and tile. Meets ASTM F3010 standards for vapor permeance.

Waterproof Concrete Floors

The Vapor-Tek 440 is a two-component kit that’s easy to apply with a squeegee, nap roller, or brush. It’s designed for a variety of horizontal concrete applications, making it ideal for areas with high moisture intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, and vapor transmission, such as basements and warehouse floors.

Application Tips:

• For interior use only.
• Surface grinding or etching is recommended prior to application.
• This product has a quick setup time: Once Part A and Part B are mixed, you have 5-25 minutes to apply before it begins to harden.
• To extend pot life, mix in small batches following the 2:1 ratio of Part A to Part B.
